A third-generation Arizona native, I’ve lived in the valley of the sun most of my life. Traditionally educated as an interior designer, I cultivated organic, contemporary living spaces and commercial venues for over 20 years. While raising my two children, I took a rewarding hiatus from design and opened a book-making art store. There I taught customers how to record and express themselves in an alternative and interesting way.
I’ve developed several art masterpiece units for Arizona elementary schools, which is where I realized creating art was a passion I needed to explore and make space for in my life. In 2022, I graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a BFA in painting and am currently a member of the Five15Arts@Chartreuse artist collective.
My art, although abstract, is centered on humanity and all the "nuts and bolts" that go with it.
